HoneyBee Cleaners is Hawaii's First Green Janitorial Service

There are thousands of janitorial services that would like to know how to start and build a  great and successful janitorial service.  Shota Mhkeidze started Honey Bee Cleaners in Hawaii with little more than some cleansing experience and a determination to make this project work.  His first job was only the first of many that would follow.

One of the very first things Shota determined was to be a Green cleaning service from day one.  After searching for the right Green certification for his business, he decided to pursue the Green Clean Institute firm certification.  He took the online courses and passed that required exams to get his service GCI Green certified.  He proudly advertises that he is more than just another cleaning service in Hawaii.  He is a truly Green service.  While some customers may not fully appreciate the importance of Green cleaning, Honey Bee Cleaners also provide a superior service along with the built-in value of a Green cleaning.

What many cleaning services do not know is that the first victims of traditional cleaning is the people within the cleaning service.  After years of exposure to cleaning products, many long-term cleaning workers develop asthma, respiratory illness, and succumb to chronic illnesses that they need not have suffered.  The second victims are the company workers who are exposed to the "After Glow" of a new cleaned (but toxic-laden) office when they arrive the next day.

Shota has grown Honey Bee Cleaners to one of the best and most respected businesses in Hawaii.  He is extremely proud of his Green Clean Institute certification.  And, he promotes Green values throughout his community.  There are many lessons to be learned for a successful cleaning service.  One of them is that a successful cleaning business is a company that delivers quality greater than the client might ask.
